Microwave Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Combine butter, 1 cup flour and powdered sugar and cut into fine crumbs with a fork.
    Press in bottom of 9-inch square pan. Microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes or until surface looks dull.
    Mix eggs, lemon juice, rind, baking powder, sugar and flour.
    Mix and pour over baked crust.
    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on 70% power for 5 to 7 minutes or until set, about 1 inch from the center.
    Cool, covered, on countertop.
    Sprinkle top with powdered sugar and cut into bars.
