Pumpkin Pie Crunch(Serves 16 To 20) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 eggs (I use 1 whole egg and 2 whites)
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
3/4 c. oleo or butter, melted
whipped topping
Preparation

Grease bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, spices and salt. Pour into pan. Sprinkle cake mix (dry) evenly over the pumpkin mixture. Top with chopped nuts. Drizzle melted oleo over the top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden top. Cool. Serve with whipped topping. Refrigerate.
