Busy Nurses Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat, no need to brown
    1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    3 to 4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
    3 to 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
    2 to 3 celery stalks, washed and chopped
    1 to 2 onions, peeled and cut into chunks or 1/2 pkg. dried onion soup
    salt
    pepper
    2 to 3 tsp. bouillon crystals or 3 cubes beef bouillon
    1 bay leaf, if desired
Preparation
    Spray 3 1/2-quart crock-pot with Pam spray or grease with shortening and preheat on high.
    Combine all ingredients in crock-pot, adding or subtracting vegetables as desired.
    Turn crock-pot to low and cook 10 to 12 hours on low or 5 to 6 hours on high.
