Crab Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, trimmed
    2 c. crab or shrimp
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    3 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1 can mushroom soup
    grated cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Dice half of bread and put into baking dish.
    Mix crab or shrimp, mayonnaise, onions, green pepper and celery.
    Spread over bread.
    Place remaining trimmed slices of bread over the top.
    Mix eggs and milk and pour over bread.\tRefrigerate overnight.\tBake at 325\u00b0
    for 15 minutes.
    Take out of oven and spoon soup over top and sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Bake 1 hour longer.
