Brazilian Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. boiled rice
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3/4 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
    4 beaten eggs
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and very well drained
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. each: marjoram, thyme and rosemary
Preparation
    Mix sauce; stir in rice.
    Pour into 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake in a pan of water in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 8.
