Chicken-Rice Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. celery, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. chicken broth
    3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
    3/4 c. rice (if desired, use part wild rice, partly cooked)
Preparation
    Saute celery, onion and pepper in butter.
    Mix soups and broth.
    Stir all ingredients together and bake in a shallow baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
