Homemade Beef Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    1 c. oats
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. fennel
    1/2 tsp. dill seed
    1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix all and let stand 2 days in the refrigerator.
    Before baking, make into about 6 tight rolls wrapped in foil.
    Bake in pan so sausage can drain as they cook.
    Bake 90 minutes at 350\u00b0. Will keep weeks stored in the refrigerator.
