Vegetable'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 medium carrots, grated
    1 c. sweet pickles
    1 c. celery
    1 medium onion, sliced
    dash of black pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 1/2 c. salad dressing (add more if preferred)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Cook salt and potatoes; set aside.
    After cool, mix potatoes, grated carrots, pickles, celery, onion, black pepper and parsley. Add salad dressing.
    If desired, add lemon juice and sugar.
