Baked Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 to 14 cooking apples, peeled and quartered
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 to 1 c. water
3/4 c. miniature marshmallows or 12 whole marshmallows
Preparation

Place quartered apples in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, filling dish.
Sprinkle mixture of sugar, cinnamon and flour over the apples, then dot with butter.
Cover apples with water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn apples and bake 30 minutes longer until tender.
Top with marshmallows and bake an additional 10 minutes or until marshmallows are melted.
Serves 8 to 12.
