Franny'S Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. clams
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1 medium potato, cubed
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    2 slices bacon
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Fry bacon in Dutch oven or stockpot.
    Crumble bacon and reserve.
    Cook onions, celery and garlic in bacon grease for a few minutes only.
    Add all ingredients except flour and milk.
    Cook for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are done.
    Mix flour with small amount of milk, gradually add all milk and add to pot.
    Add crumbled bacon to top and serve.
