Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
1 medium jar salsa (mild)
2 green peppers
1 large bag Cheddar cheese
1 large bag Mozzarella cheese
16 to 20 small flour tortillas
sour cream
Preparation

Skin and chop chicken and peppers.
Cover bottom of frying pan with salsa; brown chicken and peppers (no oil).
Simmer on low until chicken is fully cooked.
Heat tortillas by flipping them directly on hot burner.
Fill tortillas with small amounts of chicken and peppers.
Top with both cheeses.
Roll up like a burrito and place on microwave plate.
Sprinkle rest of cheese and salsa over tortillas.
Microwave until cheese is melted.
Serve with sour cream.
