Enchilada Casserole(International Cuisine) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans enchilada sauce
1 small sour cream
12 tortillas
1 to 2 lb. lean ground beef
mild Cheddar cheese
Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Cook and season ground beef.
Place one tablespoon of ground beef in center of tortillas; add teaspoon of sour cream, 1 to 2 tablespoons of enchilada sauce and sprinkle both kinds of cheese. Roll tortilla and place in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Repeat process for all tortillas.
Spread sour cream over top of rolled enchiladas; sprinkle remaining ground beef over top; pour all enchilada sauce over tortillas and sprinkle with both kinds of cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes (or until completely heated through).
