Stir-Fry Greens And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 1/2 lbs. your favorite greens (may mix different greens)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Trim and discard tough stems from mushrooms, rinse and drain. Cut caps into thin strips.
    Cut stems or stalks from greens, removing wilted leaves. Slice stem or stalks diagonally into 1/2 inch wide pieces.
    Cut leaves crosswise into 1/2 inch wide strips. Wash well and drain.
