Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cheese
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until soft and smooth.
    Stir in crushed pineapple, pecans (about 1 1/4 cups of nuts), green peppers and onion.
    Shape into ball.
    Roll in remaining nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
