Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 c. scalded milk, lukewarm
    2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. shortening or butter, softened
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    7 to 8 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl.
    Stir in milk, sugar, shortening, salt, egg and 4 cups flour; stir until smooth. Mix in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.
    Knead about 5 minutes.
    Cover and let rise, punch down and pinch off rolls and let rise double and bake.
