Pound Cake With Sour Cream Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. butter (room temperature)
    1 c. sugar
    1 3/4 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Butter and flour an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
    Combine flour and salt.
    Beat butter and sugar until very fluffy, about 5 minutes. Beat in 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla.
    Add eggs, one by one, beating well after each addition.
    Beat in flour on low speed until smooth.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
