Herbed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. summer squash, sliced
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    3 Tbsp. chopped chives, fresh
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except chives in saucepan.
    Heat to simmer.
    Cook about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with chives last 5 minutes of cooking.
    Yields 4 servings.
