Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 medium apples
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
1 box yellow cake mix
cinnamon to taste
pecans, chopped
Preparation

Peel and dice apples.
Place into a greased 3-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Add water.
In a separate bowl, mix the cake mix, margarine and brown sugar.
This mixture turns out crumbly.
Spread over apples.
Sprinkle top with pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown.
