Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pkg. Doritos
2 lb. ground meat
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato sauce
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
1 small can evaporated milk
1 large pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated (12 oz.)
2 large onions, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Brown meat, onions,
taco
seasoning
and garlic powder together.
In separate saucepan warm soups, tomato sauce, milk and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
In
a
large casserole dish, layer chips which have been slightly\tcrushed,
meat, soup mix and cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese.
Bake
at
300\u00b0
for
1/2
hour or until thoroughly heated through.\tServes 12.
