Broiled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 skinned, boneless chicken breasts
1 egg
1/2 c. milk (preferably evaporated)
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Remove all skin from chicken.
Whisk egg, milk and salt.
Roll chicken in egg mix, then bread crumbs.
Place on broiling pan in bottom half of oven.
Watch closely and turn often to prevent burning.
Chicken is done when clear fluid runs as it is pierced with a knife.
