Veal Scallopini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. veal cutlets (1/2-inch thick)
1/4 c. flour seasoned with salt and pepper
1/4 c. oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. white wine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
1 medium onion, sliced
1 small bay leaf
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 whole cloves
Preparation

Wipe meat with cloth. Rub with seasoned flour.
Heat oil in heavy skillet. Add veal and garlic.
Cook until meat is browned. Remove garlic.
Add wine and remaining ingredients and simmer for 45 to 55 minutes or until tender.
Serve meat with sauce left in the pan, adding a little water, if desired, to increase amount of sauce.
Serves 6.
