Super Spud Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. frozen hash browns (partially thawed)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 small jar bacon bits
    10 oz. grated cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together.
    Put grated cheese on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes large casserole.
