Italian Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large bottle Italian dressing
3 or 4 lb. roast
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In foil-lined pan, place roast in foil. Pour bottle of Italian dressing over roast. Cover and place in oven at 300\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
