Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large ripe tomatoes
    1 chopped medium onion
    1 chopped celery rib
    1/2 chopped medium green pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. croutons
Preparation
    Peel and quarter tomatoes.
    Add onion, celery and green pepper. Cook until juicy and tender. Add sugar, butter and croutons. Pour into greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 30 minutes. Top with grated Cheddar cheese and return to oven to melt.
