Shoe Peg Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans drained whole Shoepeg corn
    1 can drained French green beans
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped and sauteed onion
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tube Ritz crackers
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. almonds
Preparation
    Mix vegetables, soup, sour cream, onion, cheese and pepper together.
    Top with margarine, almonds and Ritz.
    Bake 325\u00b0
    for 45 minutes.
    Makes 2 qts.
