Marinated Carrots(Copper Pennies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. partially cooked carrots, drained
    purple onion, sliced
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    bell pepper (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Bring to a boil and cool.
    Pour over carrots, onion and peppers.
    Let stand 24 hours.
    (Garbanzo beans can be substituted for carrots.)
