Chicken Curry(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 medium cooking apple, peeled, cored and chopped
    2 tsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. Blue Bonnet margarine
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. half and half or light cream
    1/3 c. A.1. steak sauce
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    apples slices, for garnish
    parsley sprigs, for garnish
Preparation
    In small saucepan, over low heat, cook onion, apple and curry powder in margarine until tender.
    Stir in soup, half and half and steak sauce; set aside.
