Apple Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unsweetened apple juice
    1 cinnamon stick
    2 large red, ripe apples
Preparation
    In a large skillet, combine apple juice and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil.
    Slice 1/2-inch from tops and bottoms of the apples and discard. Stand the apples on either cut and saw gently crosswise into very thin rings, rotating the apple
    as necessary to get even. Drop apples slices into the boiling juice. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until slices are translucent and lightly golden.
