Moist Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. and 2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Make 3 holes. In one hole, put vinegar; in another, place oil and in the last, put in the vanilla.
    Pour cold water over all and mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle powdered sugar on top or fruit as desired.
