Beer Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese (Old English)
1 tsp. horseradish
1/3 c. beer
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion tops
Preparation

Melt cheese in double boiler until blended.
Gradually beat in remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook until all ingredients have blended, stirring twice.
Serve hot or cold with fresh French bread, torn, or vegetables.
