Mediterranean Medley Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked instant white rice, chilled
    1 c. olives
    12 1/2 oz. can white tuna, chilled
    4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
    1/2 c. radishes
    2 c. green and red bell peppers
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1 c. frozen green peas
    1 large bottle your favorite Italian salad dressing
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    crisp salad greens
    tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except salad greens.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Serve over salad greens. I never use the radishes, bell peppers and tomatoes.
