Breaded Venison - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak, pounded down
Progresso Italian bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten up
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
-
Pound your venison down very thin, dip in egg mixture then in bread crumbs.
Fry in a small amount of oil about 3 minutes on each side.
Enjoy!
