Jumping Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag frozen shrimp (whole, not salad shrimp)
    approximately 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen okra
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. Texas Pete hot sauce
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper for taste
    dried pepper flakes for taste
    2 c. Uncle Ben's rice, precooked until half done
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In a large wok, melt butter.
    Add shrimp and when nearly done, add drained okra, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Add water, rice, Texas Pete hot sauce and pepper flakes.
    Simmer until rice is done.
    Add stewed tomatoes by tossing or blending.
    Let stand for 30 minutes. A great leftover.
