Tropical Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

4 c. chopped cooked chicken
15 1/2 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
3/4 c. chopped celery
2 oz. jar diced pimento, drained
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. unsalted cashews
8 oz. sliced water chestnuts, drained (optional)
1/2 c. peach yogurt
1/2 c. mayonnaise *

*May want to start out with 1/4 cup mayonnaise and add up to 1/2 cup if needed.
