Saucy Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops (trim fat)
salt and pepper to taste
flour
1/2 c. catsup
5 drops Tabasco sauce
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. green peppers, chopped
3/4 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
-
Season chops.
Flour and brown in skillet.
Place chops in dish to serve and place rest of ingredients over chops and lay pineapple on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
