Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts
1 chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle coconut and nuts in the bottom of the pan.
Make the chocolate cake mix according to the directions.
Pour the mix on top of the coconut layer.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter.
Add vanilla.
Drop this by spoonfuls over unbaked cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
