5 oranges
3 lemons
2 limes

Preparation

Slice fruit thin.
Add 2 cups for each cup of fruit.
Let soak for 24 hours.
After 24 hours boil for 30 minutes, let stand 24 hours.
Mix 1 cup sugar to each cup of fruit.
Boil approximately 20 minutes or until jelled.
