Lemon Extract Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    6 eggs
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/3 c. milk
    3 oz. lemon extract
    1/4 lb. candied pineapple
    4 c. pecans
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 lb. candied cherries
    1/4 lb. raisins, white
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, beat well.
    Add lemon extract.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add to cream mixture. Add fruit and nuts.
    Bake in loaf pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
