Golden Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium Russet potatoes
    1 large sour cream
    1 cube butter
    2 c. sharp shredded cheese
    1/3 c. green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on; cool and peel.
    Add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
    In nonstick pan, melt butter.
    Add onions and shredded cheese.
    After potatoes cool, grate them in bowl with mixture.
    Put in buttered 13 x 9-inch glass Pyrex pan. Dot with butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
