Bananas In Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. water
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. butter
bananas, cut in half lengthwise
chopped peanuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix together in saucepan: water, vinegar, sugar and eggs. Cook until thick.
Add butter and cool.
