Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. oil
3 avocados
6 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Saute the onion in oil until clear but not brown. Chop and mash the avocados and add to this the hard-boiled eggs which have been finely chopped. Add the onion with the oil in which it was cooked. Fold in the mayonnaise and stir all ingredients until well mixed. Serve chilled.
