Chicken Wok-Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken, cubed
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mixture
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1 large yellow onion
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 tsp. Chinese five spice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. olive oil
    any other veggies you wish
Preparation
    In your wok or skillet, heat oil and saute onion with garlic. When onion is tender, add meat and cook until no pink is left. Add spice and Worcestershire sauce to this mixture and stir, adding frozen veggies.
    Pour in 1 1/2 cups of water and cover for 15 minutes on medium heat.
    Add chestnuts and any fresh veggies and stir.
    Cover and allow to cook until veggies are done, but not mushy.
    Push mixture to sides of pan, allowing liquid to collect in a nice size circle.
    To this, add the rice and cover.
    When rice is tender, stir.
    Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley.
