Italian Style Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. extra virgin oil
    2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    salt to taste
    1/2 c. sliced black olives
Preparation
    Heat skillet to a moderate to high heat; add olive oil.
    Add carrots; stir regularly and cook 10 minutes.
    Add garlic and salt. Cook 10 minutes over low heat.
    Add olives; stir.
    Serve at room temperature.
