Pork Special - cooking recipe
Ingredients

0.8 lb. lean boneless pork chops
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 minced glove garlic
2 sliced carrots
3/4 lb. sliced leek
2 c. beef-tea (beef broth)
2 Tbsp. Kikkoman (soy sauce)
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
Preparation

Cut pork chops in cubes and sprinkle the cubes with salt and pepper.
Fry the cubes in oil until nice and brown.
Once almost brown, fry with the meat for a minute, garlic, carrots and leek. Add beef-tea and soy sauce.
Simmer for another 15 minutes. Thicken the sauce with peanut butter.
Serve with white rice.
