Ingredients

3 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white syrup
3 sticks oleo
12 qt. popped corn

Preparation

Bring first three ingredients to a boil and pour over popped corn.
Heat in oven for 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
Stir often.
