Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
3 to 4 c. red Delicious apples (unpeeled)
1 c. salted shelled peanuts
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine flour and sugar; mix well.
Beat egg; add to flour/sugar.
Add vinegar and reserved pineapple juice.
Cook in small pan on low heat.
Stir and cook until thick.
Pour cooled dressing over apples, pineapple and peanuts.
Mix in Cool Whip. May sprinkle additional peanuts over top for garnish.
Yield:
10 servings.
