Cousin Kay'S 7-Layer Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2/3 bag coconut, shredded
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    6 oz. butterscotch chips
    6 oz. pecans or walnuts
    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    6 oz. lime jello
    20 oz. crushed pineapple, slightly drained
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in water and chill.
    When slightly thickened, add pineapple and sour cream and mix well in blender.
    Pour into decorative bowl and chill.
