King Ranch Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken
    1 pkg. tortillas, cut in 1-inch strips
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth from cooked chicken or soup can
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
Preparation
    Combine broth, soups and tomatoes, set aside.
    In large oiled casserole layer half of tortillas, half of chicken, half of onion and one third of cheese.
    Pour one-half of liquid over layers. Repeat layers of tortillas, chicken and onion; then pour remaining liquid mixture over.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Better when reheated.
