Hamburger Hot Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    3 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In skillet, lightly brown ground beef; drain.
    Add garlic powder, salt and pepper, set aside.
    Place half the potatoes and half the onion in greased crock pot.
    Add browned ground beef. Top with remaining potatoes and onions.
    Combine mushroom soup and water; spread over top.
    Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
