Bacon, Onion, Broccoli Sauté - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. broccoli florets (about 1 lb.)
    3 slices bacon
    1 red onion, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
    1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. chipotle chili pepper, McCormick or chili powder
    1 Tbsp. vinegar (preferably apple cider)
Preparation
    In large pot of boiling salted water, cook broccoli until tender, 5 to 6 minutes; drain.
    Meanwhile in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain on paper towel.
